Second Generation CL DIY Section

I think it would be a good idea to have a section in the Second Gen CL area that would be for DIY. Thats pretty much it. Thanks

i think we are fine. we already have that huge FAQ thread. just needs to be updated regularly

The only problem with that is in first gen, we have a combined DIY and FAQ subforum, and it works great, with little policing from mods. I understand both sides, but having a DIY subforum to post threads in works wonders.

This is something I'm working on, it hasn't been decided either way.

If there were one it needs to be locked. Allowing members to post in it only adds to the Clutter. Everyone will be asking questions and how too's in it and wanting DIYs made. It just adds a lot of clutter. Also someone will have to take the time to host the pics themselves and relink them. I have been running into these issues in the TL diy thread (that i havent finished) where half the diys the people that made them their links no longer work or where they hosted the pics no longer works.
