Pop Ups now???

I keep getting this randomly attempted pop video in the lower right of my computer when I load AZ pages.

Is this direction we are going now?

Haven't had any today. But the last two days. I would get this pop up in the bottom right where a video would want to start, but I would close it as soon as I could get the X.
