I keep getting a message saying my inbox is full and no one can send me a private message, yet I have nothing in my inbox. It says I have reached my limit. Also I am not able to post on the web it says my account doesn't have that privilege or something. There is no place to go for help. I only got to post here after downloading and using the app.
Apologies for any confusion this may have caused, Just Jen. You account should now be all set to allow you to both post freely and send/receive Private Messages. If you continue to experience any issue, please try logging out, clearing your browser's cookies, and then logging back in. If that doesn't do the trick, please le us know.
