OH YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT A TRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!
Couldn't have asked for much more!!! Great people, great cars, great views, great drive!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!
You all who didn't go should be mad and jealous!!!!!! The feel of that 6 speed with the SuperCharger was UNREAL!!!!! In my opinion, with an AWESOME launch, you are looking at a 12 second car. 12.9 I think is a REALITY!!!! Low 13's for sure!!!!! That is with only 5 lbs of boost!!!!! You could run 6 or 8 for 1/4 mile runs!!! OH YEAH!!!! Best thing was that it would stop so FAST!!!!! Those brembros were A-FAWKING-MAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!
Enough of the SC CL-S, the meet was AWESOME!!!!! We had fun with EVERYTHING we did!!!! I will get my pics up tomorrow, I am going to watch the Sopranos now on my new REPLAY!!!!
THANKS TO ALL THAT MADE THE TRIP!!!! YOU ARE TRUE ACURA CL AND TL FANATICS!!!!!!!!
Thanks for posing up those pics Matt, can't wait to see the rest!!!

Yes, very nice Comptech CL! Gets on it and tests seatback mechanism integrity, during braking, testing seatbelt fiber strength. Yow! The Comptech feels like my friends Corvette but with stronger brakes. Nice to have met you all and to put faces to your jabberwocky user names. One other thing, after a spirited 25 or 30 mile stretch, my stock rotor burned my fingers while the Brembo rotor was only just past warm. Sieze ya. Thanks for putting this thing together.

i will be setting up a paypal fund called the "Help a Bob Foundation"
i think what i'm going to do is:
a) blow it off and never go back to oregon
b) hire an attorney to represent me. but that means i have to pay $600-1200 for an attorney, and then whatever fines they court wants on top of that.
doing the attorney way is still a gamble because what IF it doesn't get reduced and stays. then i would have wasted more money on the attorney.
ugh. i love my life right now

Hey fellas, finally made it back and got settled. A little over 1100 miles on the clock round trip.
Just to echo what the others have said, that was one hell of a weekend. Thanks to all of you for making the trip. It was great to meet everyone and to have the chance to see all of those beautiful rides.
We should definitely do this bigger and better next year!

Oregon's most wanted
Some love for for the TLS...
Apparently, the 'California' stop is frowned upon in Oregon...:shakehd:
Here are the rest. There are a bunch of bigass 1600x1200 pics. I've got a bunch more that need photoshopping, I'll get them up later.
Peace!

Thanks to all for letting this meet happen. Seeing the cars, meeting the people... it was great. It was nice seeing everyone's heard turn away from the awe of Crater Lake to see all the CLs and TLs drive by.
I think someone said they reached 135. Anyone go faster than that?

Oh my goodness was I exhausted by the time I got home. What a wonderful trip though! All the people I met were great and we ended up having a awesome time.
Final Tallies for the trip:
Hours driving between Medford and Seattle: 15.5
Total miles covered (Whole Trip): 1100
Gas stops: 5
CD's listened too : 1 (gotta love MP3's)
"Smokies" narrowly avoided: 3
Races on the slick track: 3
Times RedRider rammed into me: 2
Other cars with a real name: 0
Other cars w/o HID's: 1 ( Thanks CiLver 2.3)
Other cars w/o VTEC: 0
Cars I have more miles than: 12
PT Crusiers we smoked: 100+
All in all a good trip with many unforgettable memories. I would love to see more turnout next time, it was worth the trip down. Also I think we have ACL's first multi-day meet. Let see some more picts.
