Yeah that would be cool to see a video of our meet!!! Good Idea bud!!

I think we need to find a place where we can park 15-20 cars and have a table for around 20 ppl. Unless we park our cars at Landsdowne parking lot and head to the food court for a quick bite so there will be a huge variety of choices for ppl. Plus we won't have any problems finding a table hopefully. What do you all think!

ok
so you;ll eat anything thats cooked, cool by us

we can eat a food court, lots of varieties, and the wait for food wont take as long
or we can dine in. like at a whitespot. or rickys or something., that will take a longer time..
doenst matter what you choose.

this will be located at a mall called Richmond mall, and will have parking for all..

Good idea. BUT.... My stomach might be a bit disappointed. To drive that far and eat at the mall? I wouldn't mind if that was our last resort. I know that we don't have much time. But, I wouldn't assume it would be much trouble to inquire for a better accomodation. Can one of you folk volunteer to scout out some possibilities? Maybe somebody that knows the neighborhood up there? Us "southern" kids would appreciate the effort.

I just thought of the food court just the fact it would be hard to find parking for 15-20cars and at the food court we would not have problems finding a table for all. But yeah I know food court food is not always a good place for food but just a quick solution. Sorry fellows for the crappy suggestions so I was thinking we can either go to:

1) Johnny J Peppers (Richmond w/a decent size parking lot)
2) Cactus Club (Richmond or Burnaby Lougheed has larger size parking)
3) Milestones (Burnaby Lougheed or YaleTown but parking sucks there)
4) Whitespot (Richmond w/ok size parking lot)
5) Hon's Chinese Food (Richmond parking is small/Robson Downtown parking sucks)

Out of the 5 I think Johnny J Peppers and Cactus Club would be the best choice.

Please choose a place soon so we can book a place for 20ppl at 2pm. Thanks guys!!

Ok..Sammy J Peppers sounds good since we can all park at the mall and just walk oneblock to the restaurant.

We can park at the corner closest to Sammy J after we meet up first.

So i guess we should make reservations for close to 20people...

So I guess Sammy J Pepper it is for now. I guess we just have to wait a bit to see how many more TL's will be showing up that day before we make the reservation.

I think that we should make the reservation for 20 people. Remember that everyone isn't gonna show up. Also the last time we took ACURAZINE to a restaurant the establishment was more than excited to accomodate the extra people that we had. Let's book it for 20 and deal with any unexpected at the time. Cool?

Do we really need to buy a set of FRS radios?

Hey Powerfade: did u say you have one FRS radio?

Since the people from the states have a few already... they just have to hook up the channel with you and then we are all set.

I just don't know if everyone wants to chip in for a set.....
