ok im looking to get a meet set up soon. im hoping for a parking garage or somthing covered. i have yet to be to a good meet in the area and i will be going to the desert for the nice part of next year. i have been to 3 meets and the most cars that i have seen in 3-4 if you include the TSX that wasnt part of the forum.

way to go Pappi! Taking over the next meet sessions...I would go there...it would be hard keeping the car clean with our spectacular weather though.

well they dont have to be perfect in the winter. there are alot of people that are running winter tires and rims and those usually dont fit with modded cars. it would just be nice to meet up once in a while and maybe someone will show up this time. any how. there any other idea's

Park & Rides would probably be the best.. there is also UW's Odegard library if we meet on the weekends.. u dont have to pay for parking if we're just chilling there and splitting.. i think there are like 4 floors.. but the lots should be packed cause of school and all..

or maybe even malls.. like bellevue square..

What about Snoqualmie pass? They have a huge parking lots up there. We can meet up on a decent day. Just thinking of something different.

Bellevue square is pretty nice.

-Greenlake?
-Tacoma mall P/L?
-Southcenter mall P/L?
-Supermall P/L?
-The Commons (Federal Way) Plenty of parking around there.
-The large Federal Way park right off of Pac Hwy?

well the thing is.. how many people that are going to show is what really matters.

because if only 5 people show up, u can really get the meet going anywhere. if 15+ people show, that will be harder to find.

The more the marrier.

Hey Pappi open up a poll for some dates. It might help to get people putting a meet down on their calender.

Well I just took off Dec 20th thru Jan 2nd. So I'm free any time in there.

Let me know if you can get people closer to Tacoma. It's gonna be busy season for everyone soon! From Thanksgiving on to Christmas its gona be hard to get anyone to meet up. And that's if we had good weather.

I got into an accident today so my car will be out of commission for a couple weeks.

Check out "Sad news..." thread in 2nd gen CL

Pappi I feel your pain, being emotionally attatched to my car feels wierd: I'm not used to not having her around already.

Sup guys!

so yea... long time no talk.

I've got a confession. I've neglected my car for a number of months now.

needless to say, I have a HUGE layer of dirt on the car, I don't know if I can get it off... probably will need some kind of grinder. Anyone wanna help me detail her? hehehe

pick a day and i'll try to be there.

On another note .... It's almost time for the first anniversary CJ Shades/Azine meet. It was, I think, Feb 26th or 27th this year, Next year it will be Feb 24th or 25th. Maybe i'll do a big 1 year shop aniversary as well. Would that be considered the first annual CJ/Azine meet or second annual meet????

You basterd! I have warrior weekend. I took today off because the roads are going to ice over tonight. There are too many hills on both sides of Auburn Valley. I left work at 10pm and took me 40 minutes that would usually take about 20 minutes to get home. It's supposed to snow wednesday night into thursday.

went to the Seahawks game last night and left Qwest at 9:30pm. I got to Poor Tortured at 1:45am. also started a thread in the TSX section about how my TSX kicked ass in the snow last night.

I drove my friends 01 pontiac sunfire and it handled very well. I was passing other cars because they were driving too slow going up a hill with a 20% grade. No slipping no nothing, I had it in 1st gear doing 25 mph most of the way home. Before I left work, I used the 3" of snow that was on the hood, cabin, and trunk for weight purposes. It helped out a lot. I went up 2 big hills, and down one horrendous hill.

-BTW, I was getting upset when the Packers scored another touchdown early in the 3rd quarter. I was like WTF! Finally, Favre kept on fucking up that led the Seahawks to win the game.

And Chris, the tint is holding up really well. You did a very good job!

^^Thx!!! And no worries during the first half. As long as we can keep it close in the first half, we will most likely win. Hawks are a second half team. Holmgren doesn't let the good stuff out till after the half.
