OK, I pass by the park today and I find the location which will be post below. This meet will be at 11:00AM since we will have some foods and BBQ stuffs. I ,myself, and perhap few others could, will come at around 10:00AM to get the spot since it's first come first serve BBQ area. There are several things that we need to bring to the meet and I'm appreciate if anyone can help out to make this BBQ meet successful. Here are some of the things we will need: portable BBQ grill, charcoal, BBQ meats, bread, chips, beverage (no alcohol), napkins, plate, and fork. Oh, and Acurazine sign to show the direction while entering the park. Let me know if I miss anything.
The reason that we need a portable BBQ grill because there is only one or two BBQ pit per area and it's far from the parking lot which defeat the purpose of meeting and seeing cars at the same time. El Dorado park is just a few blocks from my school. Put me down as a 3G TL. I've been down there a few times but I can't recall that you have to pay to get in

The East Regional Park which collect $6 for parking has one BBQ pit which separate from the rest of the park and would be a perfect meeting/BBQing area but if someone claim that spot first, we have no other place within the vicinity for BBQ, plus we have to pay for parking. I pick the free parking entrance locate on N Studebaker Rd between E Willow St and E Barrios St so we can have more picnic area to chose and enough parking place for everyone.

chips, salsa, and money for meat is no problem with me. Models well we can always invite the USC girls to come.

Looks like foods and drinks are good. Napkins, plates, cups, chips, salsa also are ok. Here are things that we still desperately need:
1. portable BBQ grill (more than one is best)
2. Ice
3. Coolers.
4. Sign (for direction)
I can bring one medium size cooler, but with this much attendants, we need at least one more. Let me know if any of you can bring those above things.

Well I bought one of those small grills that can cook like 8 burgers at a time, so I got one grill covered We also need to make sure we have enough coal to use on say 4 grills
