ok, so just to make sure i'm not missing nething. it is 8 bucks for parking, it's at a state beach, and it's cool if were all there right?

Is there a way to make it so that we can all park together, or are we gonab scattered throughout the parking lot?

 

it's a good thing you ask these. for those who have missed or not seen this: we will all have parking together. somewhat.

first of all. this lot is huge! second. when i tried to apply for a special events permit (which would be required for something like our meet), i spoke to the special events coordinator for SD. she said that during the busy summer months, they do not issue permits as to allow everyone to enjoy the parks/beaches. they don't want something like a huge wedding to take up the park and not allow the public to enjoy it.

both the coordinator and the park rangers i spoke to said that we will have to be in groups of twenty-five or less to not require a permit (though unavailable) or to be possibly ticketed. i'm thinking that as long as we split up into our Acura's models and generations, we should be safe. just as long as we park separate, we're straight. from the sounds of it, parking is the issue. they didn't say anything about us on the beach though. overall, i think this should make for a great meet as long as we all go through with the above.

It was a great meet! Nice pictures too. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first meet and I had a great time. It looked like everyone else had a great time as well. The hoola hoop Mom on the beach was quite entertaining for many of us.
