This is a for a caravan from howard beach (queens) to the ross dock meet.
Hopefully everyone has EZpass and walkie talkies and cameras!!
Guys be sure to be there one time because we need at least 2:30 to get there and thats if traffic is moving and no one gets lost. If you are not there by 10:30am you will probably not find us because we need to leave by 10:30. So get there ay 10am!!

i think thats a bit to early, i drive up to fort lee every other weekend and the most it ever too me was 1 hr & 15 minutes with traffic, what time to u want to be there by? if we leave at 10:30 we will be there before noon.

We really don't have to leave at like 10:30. I've actually been to Ross Dock meets before and it's 45 minutes without traffic. All it is is Belt Parkway to JFK exit, take the Van Wyck towards the Whitestone, hop over the Whitestone, then take I-95 over the GWB and take the Fort Lee (first over the GWB) exit. It's not that far at all. If you want we could make this somewhere between 11-11:30.

There has been ongoing construction on the Whitestone so expect some delays and the yanks have a home game at 1:00 so that might cause some delay as well.
Im not sure if I'll be caravaning with you guys, if I stay at my gf's then I 'll just leave from there.

girl over car??? im bringing mine there and its even our 1yr anniversary (dinner plans later on im not that cheap). you know, your car is going to get jelous one day and choose not to start especially on the day when it is supposed to get the most attention (Ross Dock Meet)

not sure, but probably the Cross island since they do so much dam construction on the van wyck, but i guess we could all decide once we all meet up which way is the best route,

hey thanks for taking over and helping out with the thread john.

ok we can decide the route we are taking when we meet up because i can ask my dad how the hwys are as he goes to work that way on sunday.
also, a lot of us have navi (me and john for sure) so we can just put it in there and see.

you can call me or brooklyntls if you need any help with directions or things like that. If you are around the neighborhood and cant find it, just give me a call because i live here and know the area pretty good . Its pretty easy though because the block are all neatly organized and are all lined up with streets and avenues.

Please try and get there on time though because since this is not the actual meet we are not going to stay there too long. Just call us up or let us know a day before if you are not going to show up so we dont wait for you.
