Hey guys... don't really mean this to be a car meet necessarily, but I thought it'd be cool to get some AZ members together...

We booked the time for Saturday, Nov 24th (right after Thanksgiving) for some outdoor laser tag --- 3 hours, 2-5pm. The cost is $20, and if everyone comes (that said they were interested and available), we could have a pretty large group. This isn't an exclusive invitation, so if any of your friends, significant others, husbands/wives, acquaintances, etc. are interested in coming along, feel free... the more, the merrier... guys and girls are all welcome. The last group we had in August was ~30 people --- we were hoping for 40-50 this time around (not including if any of you guys and gals from this forum decide to come with). Call it a gathering of friends, a "team building exercise", yada, yada, yada

I can't commit until I check with the family, but I think this would be great. Do you know what the age limits are, my 4 1/2 year old daughter would probably have a blast too. Put me down as a possiblity too!

Sorry for the late reply --- I've been traveling on business. Unfortunately, all players must be of age (18 and over). The course is usually a mix of young and old, and they frequently host birthday parties, etc. However, in order to secure the time all to ourselves, we committed to all adults.

Great to see that some people are interested --- AND that ya'll might be able to bring some friends down too! All systems are still a go... slight change on time: 2-4pm (2 hrs). Arrive by 1:30pm to gear up so we can start on time. I'll update again in a week or two and try to confirm with everyone...

My cousin is 17, would there be any way to get him in? The rest are 21 and over.

Also, do we need to bring anything? They will supply us with all the gear and everthing right?

17 is real close, so I don't see it as an issue, especially since you'll be there with him (to act as a "guardian"). It's a little bit different In Evader's case because his/her daughter is 4.5... I can get confirmation if you want...

As for what to bring... just yourself. You may want to layer up on clothing so that if it's warm, you can adjust accordingly. Dress in clothes that you don't care will get dirty. A lot of the players ran out to Walmart and picked up some cheap camo t-shirts.

I'm not certain I'll be able to make this because I think the wife is wanting to go out of town for the weekend. I have my daughters b-day party tomorrow but I'll see if I can convince her that lazer tag would be more fun :o )

Yessir --- I'm hoping to hear back from some of the other guys via PM. Some guys that said they were down are now getting non-committal

Outside of the forums, though, we have 38 people confirmed, with an add'l 7 tentative... That's over 40 people, not including any Acura peeps... so even if we don't get a ton of people from the forum, I think it'd still be nice to meet some new friends, eh? Everyone's aged from 17 to 35, with the avg age around 22/23ish.

So what does everyone say? Anyone else wanna commit?
