295 hits 100 1 exit west of the exit for the meet.

Route 100 = speed trap hell! Avoid if possible at ALL COSTS!

Rockville, MD

Here's all the important addresses with MapQuest links for those that didn't read through the entire thread:

1. Rockville Parking Garage
2. Tyson's II Galleria - Macy's Parking Lot (the "normal" spot)
3. The actual meet location near Arundel Mills Mall

I'm sorry if I'm coming across sounding rude, but this is the 3rd or 4th time me or someone else is posting this info ... and if you look in the meet & greet forum, I posted the caravan info in a separate thread with all of the pertinent information in there. You can
Click HERE to read the caravan thread.

Oh yeah, you wanted the times ...

For the Caravans, try to be there before noon (like 11:30), cuz they're rolling out at noon, and for the meet itself if you're not caravaning, it starts at 1pm.
ok I don't how I missed that
thanks

Interesting, since 95 and 295 are parallel to each other. I suppose you're either connecting to the BWparkay via the beltway or I195 (airport access), which is the way I do it 5 days/week.

Someone invited the Honda-tech guys ... http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1072002

They're already talking about getting their cars to backfire to scare people ...

I just hope they don't cause any trouble.

We will just tell them to leave if they try to pull stunts. Plain and simple

Steve ... wonder if the empty lot across the street may be a better choice? No signs talking about "parking reserved for BAH - all others will be towed", and a much more wide open area instead of having one row of parking on each side of the parking area. The area I'm talking about is to the right of bldg 1334 - again, just across the street from 1331. Just a thought.

I haven't seen that parking lot, although it is a possibility. I'm assuming you've driven by the area to check things out. The large lot I am talking about is actually in the rear of the building I gave the address for.

My directions indicated to make your first right after turning off of the main road at the "AMA Training" sign. This lot is quite large and includes 4 or 5 rows of spaces in the middle and spaces surrounding the perimeter of the lot.

ok ... didn't see that part ... took Ashton around to the front of the Booz Allen building (1331) and only saw the two rows and the larger spot across the street ... I do recall having to go there once a few years ago and yeah there is a lot more parking in back of the building than either in front or across the street. Much more space back there.

And the rear parking lot is always empty 7 days a week. Less than 30 cars park there during the week in a parking lot that has over 200 spots.

Okay so for everyone! When you turn on to Ashton road, make your FIRST RIGHT at the "AMA Training" sign. Drive straight back into the parking lot. You can't miss it.

Definitely a well attended meet. Was good to meet some new folks. Big thumbs down to the clowns who rolled out laying rubber all the way across the parking lot. Looking forward to the next meet.

No need for people with turbo'd S2K's to lay down 200 ft strips of rubber. WE KNOW YOUR CAR IS FAST :captainobvious: No need to jepordize the rest of the meet by being an ass when you leave and potentially attracting unwanted attention.

Meet was great, except for the idiots that had to burn out, then the finale of the guy in the 300 Z who could just not get it in gear.

That was hands down the BEST car meet I've been to. It could be looked at as good AND bad though. The bar has been set...at a rediculously high level. I enjoyed meeting all of you. Everyone was Very friendly that I talked to. Thank you everybody for a welcoming feeling at my first Acurazine Meet.

Yea guy I really enjoyed the meet too. I had the stock silver 2003 CLS that was parked inbetween the 300Z and the CLS that we watched the belt get swapped on the supercharger. Everyone that I met was very friendly and helpful.

The things I plan on doing after going to the meet.

Dropping the car 1 1.2 inches all the way around.
Buying the Icebox from Jerry
Looking into buying a Bell Radar detector
Tinting my windows about 25%-30% on the sides and 35% on the back.
Swapping out my audio system.
