What time do you guys expect to roll out of exit 54, that way I know when to leave the house, I actually am from exit 19 so I'll need to get on the hwy then turn around and get back on the hwy.

Not to be rude or anything, but I suggest you guys should be out of McDonalds at exit 54 by 9AM, not to meet at 9AM, otherwise we will be late, don't forget it's about an hour and a half to get to NY from exit 54, at least.

alright i'm a bit confused right about now, there is a lot of rambeling going on in this thread and "me have a.d.d.", that being said i thought the plan was for us MA heads: which there arent that many of us yet in this thread but trust and believe that there will be come game time, but it was for us to come down 95 the whole way into NY? i don't care how we get there, so long as we get there, so far i understand that we are planning on 2 stops in CT, one at exit 22 and one at 54? is this correct? someone please help me clarify and maybe one of you guys should organise all the CT heads so that way it makes it a little easier than having all there random idea thrown out there and confusing the slow ones such as myself

yeah there is a lot of drivel going on in this thread.... I'm going to have to add some more and say... if theres more people that will be at the exit 22 area, then i don't mind meeting there either. I think we should keep the meet spot in CT down to only 1 place. Exit 22 works for me as we are all going to be driving that way anyways. So if the CT people can chime in, kev if u don't mind rolling to exit 22 instead of 54, i know i don't care either, we can just call it a stop at exit 22. If we do that i'd say make it around 9:30,9:45ish. We won't be late getting to the ronjon meet, and if we do its not going to be by enough to not get spaces. I really don't see spaces being a problem right now. So to answer your question russ, let us ct people try to get something coordinated, then i'll see if i can get greenie to update the first post of the thread with the correct info for teh ct meet spot.

i think 22 would be fine that way we don't have to either a) do 2 stops or b) try to coordinate a drive by at exit 22. If u can get the others to meet u at the 22 rest area by 9:30ish i'd say we would be good to go. Its only another 30 minutes or so for the mass people to go instead of stopping at 54.

No guys let me clarify for those who are closer to NY, we'll meet up at 22 and we wait til we see the rest of the carivan, you guys will pass and we'll merge on as you pass, that way it's simple and we don't waste time. Getting all of us to stop and count heads is going to waste too much time.

Exit 22 is EXACTLY 45 minutes away from the meet, assuming no traffic and going 65mph.

Meet me at 22 and they'll drive by us, just be there at 9:00am so that we eat and are in our cars by 9:25am right as they are about to pass.


Unless you guys want to recount heads at exit 22 a drive by at 22 is best.

OK, if it only takes 45 from exit 22 to the meet and we can roll out of the exit by or before 10am we will be there around 10:45 since i doubt we'll be doing 65mph. So instead of meeting the mass people at exit 54 for some breakfast and gas, we will all (mass and ct people) meet at exit 22 around 9:30-9:45, count heads as they say, gas up , grab some food and then roll out.

The meet starts at 11am, so far about 50 cars, and it can hold over 100 so its not like we aren't going to get spots. The mass people are going to be up at like 6am to drive to this, so there is no reason why we can't give them 5-10 minutes to chill, eat and then everyone roll out from exit 22 rest stop together, since we won't be stopping at exit 54.

Yep your right.. FAIRFIELD Southbound past exit 22 rest area. If you could put that in the first post of the thread that would be great.. along with the meet area for the people in mass too. I was thinking time wise at exit 22 to be somewhere around 9:30~9:45 and roll out by 10am.
