It's my opinion that when you "advertise" your loss for respect it's crying. Taking the criticism quietly is being a grown man.
I have no beef with an NSX owner that would rather see modded Civics than a "stock looking" TL. That's his preference. I'm not gonna get all buck and start advertising my disrespect for him.

i dont want to take this any further but just felt like i should give my .02 like others have already done in this thread.
i dont see why you should have any "beef" with the NSX owner. He didnt say anything bad about your car or any AZ members car. Nor did he say anything bad about andy of the HT cars.

Done. I printed the application to reserve the facility. We need to pick 5 days. From highest preference to lowest preference... ASAP. Once we get those dates I can submit the application with payment of $110. Last time I reserved area #1, which is the biggest. 2 parking lots next to the area and 1 big lot right up the strip.
Can we get somebody to take charge with getting those 5 dates nailed down? I'm extremely busy with the biz. I'd be glad to sponsor half of the fee this year.

but i've been reading through the h-tech pic forum for the july 14th meet, and i'm amazed how it seems like more and more of them don't want us to come to the meets or at least got something bad to say about AZ...
but i havent seem AZ members at h-tech and i been to almost every single big meet except the july 14th one, but why is everyone talking ish about AZ ?
makes me just want to continue to keep my TL at home because of the rep those cars have gotten

^^ I know what you mean. I went to a mega meet like 6 months ago and zero support for AZ so I just left. I don't why but I guess they just don't like us or something.

I think a few bad apples ruined it for all of us. At the golden gardens meet a few months back they had an issue with someone saying something along the lines of my car is better because i spent over 35k on it. This last meet they said that the guy with the gold volks on the 3G TL had a nice car but was an asshole. And really each H-T meet only had a handful of AZ members actually show up so I dont know what there beef is.

btw, i actually went up to the two AZ people who showed up. Introduced myself and got pretty much NO response so i just walked away.
dont see any HT people talking shit about the AZ cars that showed up. The 2 3rd gen TL's that showed up everyone was drooling over so there is nothing bad to say about the cars itself. It was more the owners than the cars.

After reading all that drama, there is a reason why most of the meets in the Bay Area are non-inclusive. If you wanna meet AZ ppl, have a meet for AZ ppl (regardless, of what car they own). If you wanna hang out with kids, have a Honda meet. There is a difference generally...Im not hating, its just the truth.
