Well, I've been somewhat spreading the word on this meet and it seems like there's some interest though alot of people are hesitant because its winter.

 

Yeah hopefully the mild weather we have been having will hold out on this day, and motiviate people to come out. Guess this means I need to get my car sodium free.

a bit off-topic: did you guys wanna do a lil chit-chatting about a spring meet? Try and duplicate our successful end of the year meet we had in sept.

 

I was just thinking. If people need to get their car cleaned up, we could hit up Scrub A Dub on Rt. 9 on our way to the meet. I believe its on our way since we would probably take Rt. 9 West from I-95. What do you guys think? My baby is already clean but I'm sure there's other people who need it.

We can definitely start up a new thread after this weekend. I'm thinking a late April meet.

 

The directions to the meet from Newton South High says to take 95 North to 90 West. But if people wanted to get their car washed beforehand, we can just skip 95 North and 90 West and just stay on Rt 9 West.

 

Hmm, good idea and all, but I think those car washes having railings that tend to scratch people's rim's. Also, those drive-thru car washes uses brushes that could scratch up your car. But its all up to the driver. I'm going to spray down my car now=)

 

So there arent spray wash stalls at this scrub-a-dub? Cus it would be a idea if that is the case.

 

hmm.... I don't think that scrub-a-dub has any self-wash stalls, but u can double check. I'm like 90% positive that its only drive through

 

Ah well, it was a thought. So for those who don't want to go thru a drive thru car wash, go get them washed beforehand
