hey csmeance, is there any chance of you getting a lot reserved somewhere near the beach? Daytona is going to be a mad house when the weather gets better. Also, make sure you check for other events, ie bike week or several other huge events that happen in Daytona, would hate to be there when the place is slammed.

No, no really, but there are many empty parking lots with parks (small ones with a BBQ area) with about 50 spaces. Mostly, there are either condos or public parking lots there, none really reserved. MEMBERS, LEASE POST YOUR OPINIONS ON WHERE YOU WISH TO EAT!!!! I already know of an Italian Place with really good NYC pizza, and a few resturants down there. Also if you guys want, we can head over at night to the downtown area where they have carnivals, go-karts, a movie theatre, starbucks and other stuff. They have parking, put it is free if you watch a movie.

 

Wow that sounds great. It will be lots of fun if EVERYBODY shows up. I can't wait, it'll be like a big happy family :gheyhug:

I-4 and I-275 are well known for traffic jams... that's your answer. It took me 5 hrs to get through 10 exits when I was driving on 275 on the way to school from NY. it SUCKED. Even so, why don't you just tell her in advance?.. don't you think that'd be easier? It's only 1.5 months away. lol

it should be by now so we knock out what were doing and if people are going to stay overnight they can get a hotel room early

 

it will be in daytona, but the date i am unsure of because alot of people didn't vote. For now it is the 21st, but it might change, but there is a slim chance. Also I might be able to get you guys a bunch of furnished condos for 1 night. Each condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 twin beds, the other with a queen.

Already got the parking done, and also the traffic is not as bad as o-town. Mostly its jsuts old people in daytona where I am talking about. This way we can enjoy. Then later at night, we can head over to dwntown and enjoy there.

alright i took some time to run some numbers and this is what i found........

those numbers are miles to daytona from the location.......the south has the short end of the stick here........i want to go......but that is a hell of drive.......
