same. last meet was good, but I missed Masmole!! AJS, Crazy Sellout, and hopefully TSX R US would come. TSX R US gave me some useful college search tips last time. Kudos to you. Hopefully a spring break meet at the Black Ram, that's where some of us met with the Z guys. Was a lot of fun (and a lot of VQ)

there were alot of awesome rides there... Hopefully we could set up a decent sized Acurazine meet

ok so guys, i think it's time we get serious. any dates people can/cant come? I was thinking we can meet at Black Ram in Schaumburg, IL. This was the place the chicagoZ meet took place. Any other locations? Dates?

Can't plan that far in advance but I'd like to show up despite not owning a TSX anymore. I have a set of black oem rubber mats with the tsx logo I no longer need as well as oem oil filter and washer. Mats are barely used, bought 'em new for $100. I'll trade for nothing more than a case of heinekens or a fine bottle of scotch :wink:

I believe it was Thursday of last week, I was going to school (Niles North, Skokie) for finals at around 8:30 when I saw a red BMW X5 4.8iS making a left from Golf onto Harms (going southbound). Was that you, masmole? Man, that car and color are beautiful. I was stopped at a red and turned my head 180 degrees (from 2 o'clock to 8 o'clock) to stare at it turn. Hot car, whether its owner was you or not. No rush, just curious.
Anyway, I'll keep that in mind. I've decided to take the initiative and get this thing planned or at least TRY to plan it. Does anyone know if we need to call the Black Ram to let them know we'll be using the lot next to them? What did the Z guys do?
not to mention, too trafficky.

Well this is looking great. Just to let you guys know, I'll be contacting the restaurant and asking how it went down for chicagoZ. I'll go through the same procedures and all. Unfortunately during much of my free time as of right now I need to do other things (Homework, History Fair

i just want to add commments/ideas toward meets and stuff, being that i been to alot of meets and have organized some too. Dont take this stuff to the head, just adding in ideas with the meet discussion. I just think u are setting a date way too in an advance, but brainstorming is good so u can find the perfect place. Half the time people forget and no one wants to scroll threw a million posts to find the info. So, when its finalized, post a new topic. Yeah its a good thing to check out the place where u plan to have it. and yes various groups/cars at meets does sound good, but acurazine would be a better focus. what good is a meet if the nissan guys sit in one corner and the acura guys do the same. i mean, this is an acura meet, if the toyotas and vw's outnumber it, what was the point of this meet? i dunno, just some thoughts...

I'm always for the combined meets.. last time we did euroteknik.com/ chicagoZ.com / and acura's... it was pretty fun.... I'lll help set things up closer to the date...as long as ya'll want to do a combined meet again... just hope more acura's show up this time...

I have a feeling it'l be better for the Acurians this time around since we actually are "hosting" the meet.
