Yeah, I haven't been around here at all lately..... I've been a lot busier at work and haven't had all that much free time.

 

How many cars showed up?

That red E46 was my friends car. I had a chance to get a ride with him at Gingerman and the brakes on that thing were amazing.

Yep thats him.....How does his exhaust sound? I havent heard his new one yet, but his old Supersprint sounded nice.

Next time you guys have a meet I will try and stop by in my car or better yet my moms 330i . It needs some TLC before I would take it to a meet and I need to switch the spare with one of the fronts because its curbed.

But next time we do one of these, we really gotta rattle the sabres to GET MORE CLs THERE. It felt kinda funny getting outnumbered by the BMW guys by about three to one. But I am glad they came, and everybody was so nice.

With the exception of the bird(s) that bombed my car on the way down to D&B, I have never seen so many nice clean cars in one spot at one time (except car dealers and auto shows).

Crazy; if you want to boost attendance for the next time, advertising that hookers and strippers will be there would be a solid lock, I think. (kidding!)

 

really weird part is that i didnt do anything different this time. I dont understand where all the chicago acura owners are from last year. We had great turnouts last year with many acuras.

maybe they all bought bmws

 

missed it.....had too much stuff going on, and a LATE sat night.... Anyways, next time we'll push the meet more.....hardly any hype compared to some of the previous ones.......... no interest from anyone anymore?

I know I didn't let the dealer know, I had too much stuff going on getting the wheels back and detailed out and mounted.
