PS - for anyone arriving there from the south, mapquest will probably tell you to jump on 91-N -- ive always found it easier to catch rt. 9 off the berlin turnpike/merritt parkway/wilbur cross (rt 15)

Yeah, I'll try to go to both, it'll be hard for me to go to UConn, though, I'll try my best.

The CCSU Car Club's fall show will be on Sunday, October 14th this year. This will be another charity benefit for the FSMA. For those who don't know, that is the charity that Jonathan at Bristol Dyno's daughter Emma benefits from. This fall the show will be a little different, less of a show, more of a meet, but there will still be awards. Right now, the categories are:
Homecoming King –Best in Show
Queen- Best Female Driven Car
Most Likely To Succeed = Most Balanced Performance Car
Class Jock = Most Powerful Car
Class Geek = Most High Tech Car
Biggest Flirt = Most enticing or sexy car
Class Bully = Truck
Shop Class Award = Muscle Car
C3 Award= Sleeper
Club Award
4cyl Award
6cyl Award
8cyl Award
This fall's theme will be Homecoming, as the show is during homecoming weekend. Also, this year it will take place in Kaiser Lot (the big one next to the football field) in efforts to avoid the huge mess that parking has been in the past. As usual we will have some innovative events, I think we'll be saving the car smash until the spring show, but we will have some other cool events this fall. Hope to see all of you there!
BREAKDOWN:
Registration begins at 12PM
Judging Begins at 3:30PM
Pizza Eating Contest @ 3:30PM
Cost to register is 5$.
Directions to CCSU: (CCSU is located in New Britain CT)

I don't know how many cars exactly, but one of the old AZ members got a trophy, Malingator. He got the "Most Likely to Succeed Award".
They didn't really hand out trophies it was more like certificates, though. lol
