I was thinking about going up friday night actually... to drive sat and sun, do a little celebrating friday night... can anyone meet up friday for a cabin that would sleep 8-10?
this one is availible for 155 a night... four bedrooms sleep 10-12 it open fri-sat

I know the mkIV r32 crowd are going to be there sat and sun the same weekend, I was going to go with them and drive my r32 but I really wanted to try my j35 on that road. and being a transplant form california, I have always wanted to try this road.
Has anyone given thought to what will happen if its raining that weekend?

I know the mkIV r32 crowd are going to be there sat and sun the same weekend, I was going to go with them and drive my r32 but I really wanted to try my j35 on that road. and being a transplant form california, I have always wanted to try this road.

Okay... I am back in with you guys 
UPDATE OCTOBER 19, 2008: The clockwise route on the Triangle has some serious pavement issues with patching and raised asphalt. The counterclockwise route is much better. Thanks to Nanthaniel Perlman for the heads-up.
