I'd come down to Tyson's Corner from South Jersey. You should plan on having it later in the month of February so we'll have a better chance of having a nicer day!

I might be able to make it. Just don't make it on Feb 9th cause there's already a meet being set up for that date (so far). So let me know when you decide on a date for the meet.

BTW, can somebody give me the address to Tyson? I will be coming from northern NJ.

First week of March is when the CL folks are starting to plan a re-do meet. We had the 19th planned for 22 people total and the snow spoiled everything. We had a few people out and had fun though.

Maybe we can coordinate. 1st week in March the weather may be better and there are several areas that the meet can be at for options.

Instead of planning it all seperately lets get the TL's CL's and other BBA's together for a bigger show...

the way I see it... instead of trying to set up something really big, it would be more convenient to have a small meet for people closer to each other. I mean big meet with lotta ppl would be so cool but lotta ppl would have to sacrafice time, money, and put up with long distant driving... so my idea was to keep it reasonable sized and make things more convenient for the ppl that actually wants to come out in the near by area, who never attends one because of the location and time of other big meets... (like myself)

but than it's up to ppl who are coming out so...

 

Obviously, the logistics of a small meet are much easier to handle than a large one. I would come down for it in either case though. Maybe it's worth us trying to get a small meet going in mid-Feb to discuss options for having a larger meet in say May. Thoughts?

 

Well, those are good points.

The CL crew is planning a meet for the first week of March at the Tyson's Corner Mall on the top level of the parking garage.
If some TL's want to get together and do a joint meet then cool, but if you all want to do a seperate meet then that's cool too.

Let me know if you want to do that date so I can plan it with the CL cats too.

There are rumors of an April meet and BBQ with multiple other car clubs being set up. I'm trying to find more info. I think that will be in the DC, NOVA area.

If the meet is in Tysons Corner then I am definitely in.

 

I'm down at Virginia Tech during the school year but live up in the Fairfax area. I should be home the weekend of Feb 9th, and the first week of March for spring break.

I don't really have anything to show off in my car, it's bone stock (so far anyway) until I can scrape together some more cash, but wouldn't mind showing her off anyway.

I'm ok on the 9th. That is the same time the NY guys are looking to have their meet at Shea Stadium, but Tyson is close to me than NY and much less traffic.
