Hey Guys:

Lets represent Atlanta, VeeralS05 and I are trying to round up folks for a meet up in hotlanta. April 2nd is what we are shooting for, we're open for locations but would like to make it near the center so its convenient for everyone. Say Lenox mall. Post or private message if you are interested and suggestions as to time and location and we'll get this thang going. Hope to see a good turnout.

We need as many as we can get. Mark your Calendars... There arent many CLers in Atlanta that I know of, but the ones we have it would be nice to organize a meet.

the car ain't exactly meet material but i'm game...i've seen people meet up at dave and busters too, as long as we stay away from barett parkway ( jillian's and all that) i should be there.

Haha were at that meet too? We had like 2 CL's a TL and one Acura Legend. It was put togethor by SELOC. This one is by all of us here at AcuraZine! I hope see you there! This one I'm hoping to have it around Lenox Mall and then we can go out to eat @ CPK and cruise around downtown Atlanta and go to Malibu or to a golf kart track or something. We need to get a head count of how many people are in and from there we can plan where we can go after eating.

I tried setting up a meet a few months back but no responses. I am glad someone else stepped up to the plate to try setting up another meet. I will be there (where ever it will be held). I held a meet in Maryland when I lived there last year at one of the malls, we were asked to leave by mall security twice for loitering (figured I would throw that out there since I saw Lenox mall as a location). I would suggest a public park or something like that to meet up at. Maybe we can get like an autozone or some other car parts store to sponser it in there parking lot. Dave and busters sounds like a good option. Personally I would rather a public place so as not to get bothered by any cops. (Just brain storming).

Yeah either that or like a while ago they met up at andretti speed lab...depending on where everyone is coming from. A lot of car clubs meet up there (they have a g-force pad); they do burn outs on it.

But hey guys I'm glad to hear all of you are interested I cant wait till the meet its going to be great! Me and Elmer are going to figure out a place with a good empty parking lot for us to park our cars without the hassle of hanging out. I'm thinking of the parking deck @ Lenox or Perimeter Mall.

Where ever we have the meet coordination with the venue security and administration will alleviate any trouble. I'm sure VeeralS05 has all that covered.

Just letting yall know what I have expierenced in the past. Please take care of the security issue's I am not trying to have any problems with "THE MAN" I got a case pending (just kidding). Like I said in a previous thread I will be at the meet where ever it will be.

Here a question... if you own a shop in strip mall and you an branch of your friend(car club's) are outside hanging out in the park lot is that consider loitering?
An your store by barett parkway next to Town center?

Only thing is I'm worried about parking also..we need open parking where we can all park togethor...and we dont have an official count yet...but a rough estimate probably around...8-10+... Elmer & I are brainstorming..and Perimeter Mall has a very large Parking Deck! I always park at the highest one and its open w/o any cars! Especially if we meet up around 11 or so...there will not be any1 there...

So we were thinking. Meet up @ Perimeter..have a little photoshoot, check out each others rides, drive around some, walk around the mall, meet up @ a restaurant..we can make reservations as soon as we have a good count. A few restaurants I was thinking of are : California Pizza Kitchen, Brios, or PF Changs..

But that pretty much is our lay out not exactly in that order. By Beginning or Mid March everything will be planned out and inorder for a deffinate!

if i were you, i would get that you have permission in WRITING.

i had a meet at a mall in orlando - and i called and told security about it and they said it was ok - and the person said she would make note of it.

the day of the meet security hassled us - and made us leave.

fuckers. mall of millenia. i even talked to the head of security and he wouldn't do crap about. and yes i'm still bitter about it. they ruined a perfect meet - great scenery and we had over 50-60 cars that showed up.

Oh, is there a way you can leave the Nationals early? Because its hard to move things around especially since we have got soo many interested already and ready to attend on the specified date, but if in the worst case scenario where msot ppl have to have it changed to a week earlier or before I'll let you know forsure. But please try to make it...Maybe you can talk to your Sponsor and see if you MUST go there...or if you just have to attend and show the car off some and then leave on the 2nd...

Yeah my friend works @ one as an Assistant Manager the Food is great! We havent decided a location to eat yet. But if people e-mail me w/ suggestions like (Mexican, Italian, American) or something like that we can go some where everyone is interested!
