by the way are we all going to meet somewhere early and then ride up there together...then do twisties and lunch then of course...more twisties 
and im glad i have those new shocks now...and i will be taking out the subs for this one..maybe even have my buddy come with in his maxima...and then we could store all the food and coolers in there and he can ride with me on the twisties..

Yeah, we can all meet semi-early off of an exit on 400 since it's on the way up there. That's how we did it last time. The thing is, we'll need to find a place to group back up because I know our caravan will get split due to other drivers if we have a lot of people going.

if the 19th is in first than i needa hurry up and install my rear sway bar and new rotors and hurry up and order my aspec kit!! me and hopefully david(type-s09) will be makin that drive up there

of course your welcome...these guys are all nice as hell real helpful...and its got me addicted and modding my car all the time...we got to hit the mountains fellas...i want to hit some twisties and turnies...but whatever happens im down for it..i wanna meet more of you guys and see the rides and have a good day since my car is the most exciting thing i have on a daily basis...which is alright by me

I will try to get down for the 19th as well. I need new brakes so I will have to get that taken care of prior to. I had hoped to have a lot more done to the car before I hit the mountain again, but alas, it is a dream deferred.

What's Up Everyone?
Just wanted to say hi to everyone in Atl and Ga and surrounding areas. Man i wish i could make the next meet, but as some of you know i'm living in Japan now. What's up Ty, Henry, Kasey, David, Ryan, Corey, and everyone who i did not mention. The part of Japan i'm in is okay, but Japan as a whole is cool. My job sucks here on the base. I miss the states and all the food and stuff. I bought an older honda cbr 600 motorcycle so i could finally learn how to ride. I also picked up an older skyline gts-t single turbo car. It's okay, but they are a dime a dozen over here. I'm thinking about getting rid of it and get an older 300Z twin turbo or believe it or not a turbo wagon or a mini van. Trust me i never thought i would even consider a mini van, but they have some hot ass mini vans over here, and it's cool to drive them, unlike the states. Anyway i just wanted to say What's Up to the forum and i'll try and post some pics soon.

What's up, Will! Glad you made it safe and sound over there. If you're not a fan of Japanese food, it'll take awhile to getting adjusted to the local cuisine. Had I loved eating sushi when I had first gone there in '01, I would've been in Heaven! LOL
How far away are you from the big cities? Has any of the service men and women showed you around the place? BTW, you have to go to Denny's and eat there. It's WAY different from the ones here in the states.

Ty i haven't been to Denny's yet, i have passed a few though when driving off base. Me and the family just drove 45 mins to an Outback restaurant to get a little tase of home earlier today. I have tried a few spots, and i liked them, especially a curry spot i found. My wife does not eat any seafood, but i plan on checking out a good sushi spot next weekend. The base is actually in a place called Fussa, i think we're about an hour and a half from Tokyo. I'll probably be checking out Tokyo later this month. The streets are crazy here with mopeds, bicycles, and cars. I have gotten use to driving on the left side of the road already. We're going to Hawaii next year, and i want to hit China and maybe somewhere else before we have to leave. Man i miss my car though, it will be 2010 or 2011 before i get to drive her again. Wow the economy in the states sucks big time. We can still get gas on base here for 4.06 a gallon because it's regulated on base. Make sure you guys take some picks of the next meet so i can check them out.

Wassup Will! Glad to know all is well with you and your fam. I'm sure you'll find a way to make the most of your experience in Japan even if the job isn't all you would hope for. OK - Looks like the 19th is the date of the mega meet. Should we meet early like around 9-ish or later like 10-ish? I'm trying to think of a good place to meet up so that we can all caravan together. There's a QT off of exit 9 where we can gas up and go. Also, we'll need foods, utensils, beverages, etc. that can be discarded easily once we get up there so that it won't be sloshing around when we make our runs after lunch.

Having said that... it is looking a bit iffy for me. I am about to pull the trigger on a new house and moving in by the end of this month. If the weekend coincides with the move weekend, I won't be able to make it.
I freakin' told you something will come up again. Argh. I'm still going to try to make it, though. It sucks that it will be on a Sunday because I have to drive back (I can already hear David typing his response "quit bitching, I'm driving back to Birmingham").
But yeah, I hope to make it... seriously.. contrary to popular belief that I don't actually own an Acura or that I'm actually a computer program posing as a person.
