All California Meet is in LA at Will Rodger's Beach in Santa Monica.
Date: Sept 22nd (saturday)
Time: 10:30am

Plans:
Probably BBQ at the beach b/c folks are worried about reservations.

Then some inspired driving long PCH up to Malibu then maybe something long La Viernes Dr. through the canyons and then we can head into porn country (the Valley) for some coffee then drive over somewhere else to take some pix probably at the top of the Malibu mountains then back to the beach for the sunset?

Lets meet in Topanga Canyon, then drive north to Old Mulholland and take it all the way to Malibu where it spills out just two miles south of Neptunes Net. I can just picture a "snake" of 20-30 Acuras winding its way through Mulholland and then pulling into Neptunes Net for some fresh seafood where all the weekend warrior bikers like to go rev their engines.

No fighting between us and the bikers though.

That's nothing compared to the small lanes of the 110 stretch heading up to Pasadena. You know how wide the lanes are on 19th Ave and Sunset in the City, that's how wide the lanes are

We have to set it somewhere in the middle like San Louis Obispo or Fresno. I understand how So Cal ppl want it in LA. (I'm from LA, BTW) but if we have it in LA, then it'll just be another So Cal meet. We will lose all the potential attendees from No Cal. That will totally defeat the purpose of the whole Cal meet.

You may be wrong in that assumption. From what I have gathered, the same people that would meet in SLO would also be the same people who would meet in LA. This includes myself, Technique, moomaster, cee el es, bobwah and maybe a few other (Sorry if I am speaking for you or not speaking for you). I'd liek to have one in LA cause there'd be more to do than SLO.

i'm gonna be down in LA next week anyways (summer school lets out) so it wouldn't matter to me whether we have it in LA or not. so you'll know that there will be at least ONE Nor Cal person there. hehe.

8/16/01, there is a car show thing at the club Arena, if you guys want to meet up and cruise down there together we can probably, pick up some ladies if anybody is interested that's my suggestion, this coming thursday nite, since most school starts on the 20th of august, leave your name and contact.. info.. if interested i'll decide on a place to meet up and we can all roll down there with TL's.. comments??
