Well thats too bad. It kinda went like a kid with a new toy. He loves it, plays with it, everyone else loves it and wants to play with it, but then after a while, the magic is gone and the kids lose interest. Then it develops rabies, and becomes too much for the parents to handle on their own, so they tie it to a tree and shoot it. Kinda morbid, but that was my thought process. Just thought I'd share.

Arkansas Fall Colors Drive 11/10/07
Summary:
Some of the S2k guys are going to do a 58 mile drive here:
http://www.talimenascenicdrive.com/autotour_main.html
On saturday November 10, 2007.
I am probably going to go up that friday. From what I hear, the scenery is beautiful at this time of year, and I've seen some awesome pics.
I thought I would offer this up to any of the AZ folk who might want to come along. I've been talking to Blake (hockeyman) and he has expressed interest in coming from OK...
Essentially there are a few areas coming: AR folks, OK folks, Me and whatever other La folks, and the Tx folks.
Here is the Tx S2000 thread:
Tx S2000 Thread
Here is my thread:
Arklatex S2000 Thread
Also, here is another thread of some folks, who recently did a similar drive:
Pics from recent drive that some other S2000 owners did
Just throwing it out there for anyone who may be interested.
let me know

Anyway, it can always be resurrected if something big comes along. Like more people coming out the DFW thread . . . it seems that we add some and then lose some. I guess as long as these cars are just the current fad for most people, and are looking for the next best thing, it'll be a challenge. Other than some of the good ones like ATX and Chops who've hung around even though they don't have a CL or TL anymore.

Oh, and dang . . I'm tired of waiting for those motor mounts. I can't really jump on it until I get them replaced. But I can say it feels stronger . . . it might even pull 12s now
