hmmm...at a dealership??? Sponsorship from Acura Dealer??? Something to think about doing there in the Pismo beach area. I'll Ask Luis about that since we're trying to find a good sponsor, but the dealership might not be able to fit us in a dealer lot so we'll check around still. Permits and CHP and all that good stuff.

the days are a passing could a date be at least set and a location please! so that all arrangements travel wise be made i think those who stepped forward to put this together should definitely get things in order. it seems thst everyone seems interested and wants this to happen. like all acurazine meets If you post it they will come!!!

Can somebody set: A date, A Time, and A place? I won't be able to make it Jun 14-20 from racing in Vancuver. This is a TL meet correct?

i could help out for the Pismo area meet.
i visit there pretty often as i have a lot of family there and my other/old car club has done our anual North Meets South CALI meet the past couple years.
let me know and i'll get post some pics of a good spot, more info and directions.

the park requires some fee for using the bbq pit. i think it would be best to do it at the park with the bbq pit as it also has a huge parking lot, additional parking lot next door for an additional 50+ cars, full court bball court, picnic benches, large field, and its pretty easy access off the fwy.
someone should take charge in organazing the caravan meeting spots, collecting money for food and other expenses, and i'll make sure to get the key(i think that's all we need to get for the bbq pit) once we collect the money for it.
if that's too complicated, we could just hit up a food spot as well and just fend for ourselves.
so yea, IDEAS!!!

Fresno seems to be the only recommendation at this point, if ANYONE has a central location in mind or ANY suggestions, please post it up. We should do a poll on a few locations so we all have a choice, but at this point Fresno seems to be the spot. Finding some sponsors will help contribute to a larger meet. Any company that supplies any Acura parts of any sort should have a huge benefit to the "All Cali Acura Meet". Possibly, if we decide on Fresno, local retail stores should also be aware of the event.
At any rate, this is just my opinions and suggestions. Hopefully we decide on a location soon!

Pismo had been the choice most had made, but if you'd like Sam ask the mods to close this thread and start a new one with a poll. All Cali could work, but we need someone to set it up and get things moving. So your in charge if you'd like. Everyone will help, but this thread should be closed and a new one started with a poll on location and month.
