From the looks of it, the shift knob on the 1st gen CL has the same thread as most of the other MT Acuras. I don't know if it's the same size since I don't have a 1st gen CL to work with, but it looks promising from the pictures i've seen.

I want one but need it for A/T.
Looks like I'm waiting 'till June to find out about availability and pricing.
But I absolutely, 100% have to have one!!!!!! They are very subtle, but stand out at the same time (if that makes any sense at all). Really classy and clean looking. Much nicer than any of the aftermarket shift knobs I've been looking at (MOMO, Sparco, etc.).
I want to be one of the first to get one!!!!!!
Please keep us A/T owners updated on pricing and availability!!!!

Just a quick update on the AT knobs...
Today I made excellent progress with the design and I anticipate the AT knobs to be available shortly after the initial release of the MT knobs.

Dan - Do you have any preliminary pics of the A/T knobs?
You stated earlier that the M/Ts will ship @ the end of the month, so that means the A/T won't be available until at least mid-July?!??!
I don't know if I can hold out that long!!!!

The prototyping of AT knobs is going quite well so they'll be available shortly after the MT is on sale. We haven't announced pricing either for or but we will post that information shortly before they go on sale.
