08 TL Type S Kinetic Blue AT - Traded In
If anyone is in the Philadelphia, PA area and is looking for a 2008 TL Type S Kinetic Blue, I just traded mine in last night to Montgomeryville Acura. Not sure if they plan on selling it on their lot, but it should still be there today. The original owner leased it from Montgomeryville Acura in 2007 and returned it in 2010 with 31,000 miles. I bought it from Montgomeryville Acura as a CPO vehicle in 2010 and owned it for 8 years. All service was done by the dealer, even after the extended warranty expired. I traded it in with just over 120,000 miles on it.

They gave me $6000 cash for it. I already have another daily driver so I didn't have the leverage of negotiating with them to get into another car.
About a month ago I hit two deer with my TL. Luckily there was little damage overall; entirely cosmetic. A nice size dent over the driver side wheel and some small cracks in the front bumper cover on the passenger side. I took the car to the dealer to get an estimate for the repairs. While it was there getting the estimate, their used car rep hunted me down and said they wanted to buy my car. Initially they were offering $7000, but they dropped it to $6000 as-is after they saw the repairs needed. Repair estimate came back at about $1800. I figured if I could get $6000 for it and save myself from having to spend $1800, I was in pretty good shape.

not bad at all. You probably could have gotten about 2 grand more if it wasn't for hitting the deer.
Only reason I ask is I'm selling my WDP base and it has a bit less mileage than your vehicle (approx. 5k less) and I wanted to see if my private sale price was decent....
I'm asking 8500 CAD for mine (apprx 6500 USD) and I have all major services completed and will be installing the pressure switches before I sell. Mine has incurred a medium sized scratch on the passenger side lower lip....so I also factored that to be about 500 to repaint the bottom aspec portion

If anyone is interested, here is where it wound up. You can see the damage from one of the deer collisions right above the driver side front wheel.

Prime example right here that Dealers mark their shit up significantly with nothing but a car wash done to the car. I've had dealers tell me they are breaking even when they list cars and I tell them that is bullshit to their faces. I should call them and ask if they would take $7000!

So I got $6000 for it from the Acura dealer. They sold it to a used car dealer (most likely via auction), the used car dealer fixed the damage and now wants $10,000. Still a little steep if you ask me...
