Aiming headlights

Anyone know how to aim the headlights? I got one replaced after an accident and now it's aimed WAY too low. I couldn't find an obvious screw to turn like usual...

this is what I found

Zoom in ,there is a notched metal wheel that you have to turn with a philip screwdriver

The first photo I sent you was blurry, try zooming into this one. You should see the metal adjuster
