2023 Type S Navigation/Car Play
2023 Type S Navigation/Car Play
Hello all,
Quick Background, I bought this car from an insurance auction with a rebuilt title for theft.
The navigation is in a whole different state (prob where they stole it from) and it barely moves and the CarPlay won't connect.
Other issues also include any electrical stuff on the roof such as lights and the sunroof buttons do not work.
My guess is that whoever stole it disconnected some connections, so they won't be tracked by Acura Link and thus causing the issues above.
Does anyone know where and what exactly they may have disconnected? Considering all the car issues are connected.
Any help would greatly appreciate. Thank you for your time.

There is a diagnoatics mode on the 2020 and earlier that can self test and report failures of each module. Haven't seen anyone post about similar modes on the 2021+ with the redesigned infotainment.
