2021 TLX VSA Modulator-Control Unit problems on new car

I'm looking for some advice assistance on a problem with a 2021 TLX Tech with less than 300 miles. .. yes i have had it a week. Twice after starting the car, the warning system lights have been triggered for no apparent reason. The car was parked for about 10-15 minutes. After starting the car and putting it in reverse, the system lights went off- all 4 Brakes, collision mitigation, acceleration system failure, even auto dim on lights. The dealer pulled the codes and it showed temp low voltage code stored in VSA module. The dealer checked the VSA modulator and no problems were found. 40 miles later the car did the same thing after being parked in the garage for about 30 minutes. Any thoughts about what might be the problem or how to fix it?

sounds like a bad battery is causing voltage/power issues. When any of the computers in the car do not receive the correct amount of power (to high of voltage or low) they will trigger a check system light. Sometimes the car sits on the lot/train/ferry terminal and the battery goes flat. Once the battery is flat it causes a lot of issues as they can never recharge to the same amount.
