FAST AF. Lol but seriously my first impressions is it’s a dope car and can be smooth as jazz on comfort mode and rowdy when in Sport/Sport+ mode.
This car gets noticeably more attention than my 2019 A-Spec for sure. I can’t stop looking at this car when I park it and walk away. Seats are super comfortable.
I haven’t pushed it hard as I’m adhering to the 500 mile break-in period still

Very nice! This is the first PRP Type S I have seen. Ebony interior?
We got our Integra in PRP. When it's clean and in bright sun, it's an amazing color.
Enjoy the new wheels.

I also get a tax credit in my state when I trade in for another car so I save just over $1k in sales tax cost. Pohanka Acura hooked it up so I took the plunge and did the deal

MSRP deal and they gave me just over $25k for my trade-in (which was pretty fair considering the used car market has began cooling off)

I haven't seen a PRP TLX-S in the wild. I bet if anyone were to find a breakdown, it would actually be the rarest color. I've seen every other color a number of times since its release. Heck, I've already seen two separate TEPs (one had Y-Spokes, the other didn't), which you'd think would be the rarest.

At that moment I figured that TEP was abit too common

@MarcoTLX, how much will your car cost you after everything is said and done, if you don't mind sharing? I'm asking about the price that's OTD with all fees, interest, and taxes included. Also, as of right now, do you feel that the TLX Type-S is worth the asking MSRP?
As of right now I can say it’s worth it and I intend to get every bit of use out of it for the next 8-9 years.
I really love this car, the looks, the dynamics of the handling, the power and everything this is the ultimate daily car from Acura. Also I really find the 2 year/24k mile complimentary maintenance very useful.

Hi Marco. I have the same mean machine, also in red pearl. I have only three days worth of driving it and have stuck to normal mode so far, although I did play a little with the other modes (mostly to feel how each mode felt and sounded). I'm not racing anyone so I can get through the break-in period.
Questions keep popping-up but I've received answers to most. The one I'm dealing with now is Apple Car Play. I know I can use my iPhone 12 via bluetooth. However, I'd like to use the phone apps via Apple Car Play. I've done this with a newer RDX (2021 or 22). I didn't try with the TLX or MDX loaners.
I've heard an owner can/can't connect wirelessly. The dealership said I needed a USB cable. That's fine but I'd love a yes/no answer to whether I can connect my iPhone wirelessly and access Apple Car Play so I can stop wasting time and just buy a new USB cable. I'd trust the dealership but it seemed I knew more about the TLX Type S than the salesmen. Being able to connect to Apple Car Play was easy in a 2022 RDX.
Thanks,
Jessica
