I had posted before but can’t find it. I know these don’t work so great but with Amazon free returns I want to try one, but the ones I tried do not connect. Anyone know of any that work with this car?

Don't need one but Amazon have quite a few. Looks like the ones with the most approval are around $125. Would pick the one with the most stars but also by the most people if I was just taking a shot to try it out. Ones with high ratings from 5 people I would stay away from along with the $40. specials.

 

The guys trying to use them on older Audis reported NOT having much luck with them.

Genuine Wireless-CarPlay uses WiFi. There is really no way to turn wired CarPlay into wireless and end-up with a 100% reliable solution. It's a kludge.

I suggest you just plug-it-in as Apple and Acura intended for this vehicle.

 

It is my understanding that Wireless CarPlay is not supported for the TLX. I looked for compatibility on the various brands and even emailed a couple of companies and learned this.
