Question Type S Lease?

Has anyone leased their Type S? Curious what type of #s people are getting (residual, MF, payment, etc). Can't seem to find much online regarding a lease for the Type S.

its horrible. mf is 0.00160 residual is the same as base and Aspec at 61% at 10k per year. no loyalty or conquest rebates or lease cash available on Type S.

Yeah finance would be the way to go, the only money savings Acura is offering on the Type-S is college graduate and military appreciation discounts and that’s it. They want all their money for the Type-S

Agreed! Some of the math on my end made financing far more feasible than leasing.

Yeah that is steep. My buy in November was .9%.

Eeeek! Ok, thanks for the info all! With rates creeping up too, leasing is going to be really bad for awhile I would imagine.

Thanks!

Leases still have their inbuilt benefits, but right now 1) Payments are not lower (but that's okay, if you want the lease perks), and 2) Acura/Honda finance is one of the many lenders now that will NOT let you sell or trade the lease to anyone, aside from an Acura/Honda store, so if you need to make a change part way through, you can only get out of it back to the same dealer network.

I had (2) Lexus one pay leases this year and it didn't matter what the payment was, it was just more flexible, and when I switched to Acura & Jeep after, Lexus unlike others doesn't have a lock on their buyouts, so I was free to trade & sell them anywhere. With Acura I couldn't do that, thinking ahead, and buying it the payment was the same, plus now I'll get a tax credit when I do trade it...so just did so.

the last year of the first gen NSX and good lease was 750m 10k per year with just first payment due at signing. its about $100 more a month for a TLX Type S at the very least.
