Running Staggered Wheels/Tires on a Type S

What’s everyone’s thoughts on running staggered wheels/tires on a tlx type s. Would it mess with the driving/handling. Never owned an awd car before, mostly rwd so not much experience with how awd are. Don’t want to mess with the ride or handling much but a lot of aftermarket wheels look better staggered. Let me know your thoughts, thanks

The OEM SH-AWD system is designed with equal front and rear tire traction in mind. But with a staggered setup that has wider rear tires, no one knows how the SH-AWD is gonna compensate for unequal front/rear tire traction.

We'll never know how it goes unless someone has actually try it. Maybe you can give it a try and report back.
