Racing Seats: Seat track info?

Ok. so I'm getting crazy and want to put some carbon race seats in the Type S....seat rails are the issue though, of course...and wondered if anyone has anyting they've come across on this? I've tried googling with no luck....will most likely make my own eventually?? God I hope not! LOL

I haven’t seen any options for this generation TLX; your best bet would be either make your own or work with a local fabrication shop to have some made. In addition, you may need some sort of resistor/bypass device to eliminate the seat belt feature.

So is the Type-S gonna be a track day car for you? seems like you're doing alot of "trackday" modifications to it. Just wondering cause I was under the assumption you daily drove your Type-S too.

yes. And yes. lol. Taking it to the track next week, but if things go well and I wanna do it some more I’d like to get a little more aggressive with it if possible. And swapping seats is just basically unbolting 4 bolts….soooooo.
