There are (6) jack lift points. There are (4) jack stand points.
Jack points: 2 behind front wheels
. 2 in front of rear wheels.
1 dead center under engine, is a lift point.
1 dead center near rear differential is a lift point.
Jack stands: place under lift points behind front wheels, and in front of rear wheels only.

Thanks! Do you mean the service manual or the owner manual? I did dig through the owner manual - found mentioning of the regular jack points (hear the wheels) in spare tire section, but didn't see anything about lift points by the diff and under engine. I'll climb under it with a light on the weekend and look for them.
You can't miss it. Here's visuals from under the Type S, same floor jack points for 2.0TDGI (K20C) as well, forward one is in front of the strike plate BDC, and aft is behind the rear diff.

Now that it's almost time for winter tires, just to confrim @praecisiovectura excellent post on front/rear center jacking points, further confirmed in the service manual (but not mentioned in the owner's manual, strangely)...
