It's so exciting. My Type S has nothing on this bad boy!
On a side note, my credit card was charged by Enterprise as it was due back Sunday but my insurance told me I would be covered beyond that so I need to call my insurances office that deals with this to figure out what they need to do.
Still no ETA on parts either.

As for my rental it is indeed being covered up to $30 per day until my car is ready. The date given by the shop is October 8th but I haven’t talked to the shop directly for a week so I’m unsure if that’s an estimate or if the parts on the way.

I heard from the body shop today. It’s all assembled and painted. Just awaiting the final detailing and it’ll be good to go.
They’re still awaiting the foam that holds the tire kit but that won’t hold up getting the car in the next few days. 😇

Just got it back. The back window needs to be replaced and re-tinted as we noticed a bunch of deep scratches throughout the window. Not too sure how this would happen but they definitely weren’t there when I took the car in. Shop has no idea how it could have happened as it looks like random blades up/down/sideways but regardless they’re ordering a new window from Acura and covering the cost of tints.
Im glad to have the car back. I got tired of that Nissan Kicks within seconds. At least it was good on gas though, lol.

It is normal practice for body shops to stow bumpers and body pieces at the back seat of the vehicle that is under repair, in order to save shop space and to prevent mix up with other under-repair vehicles.
Might have scratched your window when they stuff parts inside the car.

I mean I guess but there are fine scratches all over and then quite a few deep scratches on every side of the window. It's strange but not a big deal as they're covering it no questions asked. I asked if it would be Acura branded and they assured me it would be as they're ordering it from Acura which was a demand I obviously had.

Exhaust sounds good? It's not a movie dummy.
I'm curious, to some a party pooper......why would we thank the submission of some idiot with more money than brains crashing into an innocent bystander. Exhaust sounds nice?? What are we condoning? SOOOO entitled.
