Does anyone know where to find the part number for this clip, 23 Type S.
I could not find it and my dealer couldn't either…

The 'wing' (red arrow), for the lack of a better descriptor, appears to be on the left side of the #19 front cowl top assembly 74200-TGV-A01.
Therefore, the 'clip' that fastens that left front cowl top assembly to its attachment point appears to be #40
Clip, Cover (Lower) ; Under Cover Fastener 91505-TY2-003.

Half the 'battle' in finding these types of things is knowing what the larger associated part it pertains to.
As soon as I observed your pictures & the location, the first thing that came to mind was 'that is cowl related'.
Then it was just an exercise of finding it on an OEM parts graphic.
One would think that the dealer counter jockey, at a minimum, would have said critical thinking skill set.

Go to Harbor Freight and get a bin of these of all shapes and sizes. Comes in very handly.

Very true!
It looks like the indicated below example would work perfect.

Or just do a quick pit-stop into your local Acura / Honda dealer parts counter, with the correct part number, and pick them up for retail $1.95.
