USB is stuck!
Ok so since I got my TLX a few weeks ago I have left a charger/USB plugged into the port in my car. Today I tried to unplug it and it wouldn't come out! I tried wiggling it, pulling as hard as I could without breaking it, and it's still stuck! I'm about to go over to my Acura dealership and see if they can remove the cord. Has anyone else had an issue like this?

Car isn't usually out in the heat, has been a few times though. It is very strange to me also because with my previous cars that have had USB ports I've left phone cords in them for months at a time with no issues.
did you plug in the right way

Thank you, I did not plus it in the wrong way. I don't even see how people could do that, don't they realize it isn't going in? Lol. But the dealership got it out, tried it with a few other USB drives and each time it was difficult to get them out, but they did come out. Apparently this car just has an unusually tight port! Kinda weird but whatever.
Not a problem, the way they told me to unplug mine is wiggle it from side to side while gently pressing down from the top. Did that and with less effort it came out, still wasn't easy but it did. They did tell me if it continues to give me trouble though and I'm not happy with it they can replace it under warranty, but I just don't think its worth having my entire dash taken apart for.

Anyway, I just tried my USB port with a USB cable and it was pretty easy to remove. I bought a USB drive for the car that should be in soon, so I'll give that a whirl when it comes in.
Maybe it was your USB drive? I've had a few drives that have a slightly larger plug on them that were tight in the same port where as another wouldn't be. Your plug could be slightly bent too. Just slight differences in production between the port and plug. In our 2014 Hyundai SantanFe 2.0LT Sport all usbs are extremely hard to remove. Using a USB cord extender works. Also isn't the TLXs USB port upside down?

FYI, I had this same issue. I plugged in a regular Apple lightning USB connector, and it got stuck really bad. I ended up using pliers to remove it.
Part of the issue is the poorly designed downward angle of the port in the car, so if you are pulling straight or up you are not really pulling straight out, but even when you pull in a downward angle it is still really tight.
I doubt there's much that can be done about it... Like you said, I don't want the dealer tearing my dash apart to put the exact same faulty designed part back in. They'd likely introduce some new rattle into my car and I'd get nowhere.

I bought one of these flashdrives and put it in the center console :
Amazon.com: SanDisk Cruzer Fit 32GB USB 2.0 Low-Profile Flash Drive- SDCZ33-032G-B35: Computers & Accessories
I can pull it out fairly easily. The only difficulty I encounter is due to the fact it's so small, it's hard to get a hold of. But no issues with it getting stuck or anything.

I could not remove a smartphone USB cable when I tried today, while using it for the first time. Took my TLX back to the dealer and two people there could not remove it either. Finally, a technician there tried it and, after wiggling it around for awhile, determined that it will disconnect if you push down slightly on the connector and then pull it out. I tried it several times and it worked fine after that.
