Rattles...
I'll admit that I'm a little OCD with rattles in the car, but it drives me crazy to hear them when I'm driving.
I have two rattles in the center console that appear very randomly:
(1) Sliding door above storage tray where USB connector is located in center console. It seems like the fake wood trim on top of the door might be a little loose towards the back (i.e. the part that slides in first) and starts vibrating at some point during my commute. I've been trying to figure out how to get behind there to stop the rattling, but I fear that I would need to remove most of the center console trim pieces to get back there.
(2) Navigation screen area - I'm not sure if it's the screen itself, or the plastic trim surrounding it. This one is even more random, but when it starts it's really loud.
The dealer has been willing to look into the rattles, but I have not been able to reproduce them during a test drive with the technician (very frustrating).
Has anyone else experienced these rattles and if so, have you found a fix?
Thanks.

I haven't experienced any rattles at all in this car. It sounds like there's a loose clip somewhere in your dash.
When looking to reproduce rattles, be absolutely sure that EVERYTHING is removed from the car (no coins, no CD cases, no objects in the console, EVERYTHING). I once thought I had a rattle, but it was simply a normal mode (harmonic vibration) of the cap on my water bottle.
