Memory seat issue

I'm having an issue with the memory seat in my tlx. At times I have to manually adjust the seat when I start the car rather than the seat automatically assuming the position I programmed into the memory. Most of the time the system works but often it doesn't. I've taken it to the dealer and they can't seem to correct the problem. Anyone here have a similar situation?

The seat memory is tied to the key fob number that has most recently unlocked the driver's door with the outside handle. If there are two drivers it's best to lock it each time you park, even in the garage. The slide-back function also varies based on the memory/key fob number.

Bump...

I'm having this issue as well. Mine is identical and intermittent as well. Enhancing this a bit further, the FOB is irrelevant, it is properly connected to driver 1 and that is the only fob that is used. I even turned this feature off in the settings and the issue still is present...

When it is "not working" even when I press 1 or 2 or set, there are no beeps, no lights, no response AT ALL from the seat memory. This is of course while in park. The seat retains full function manually. Fuse 15 is not blown. I'm at a loss. I had an Acura advisor look at it as well and he's not sure either.
