My wife is the primary driver of our TLX so she gets fob #1, Iget fob #2. She has mentioned when she gets inthe car the seat memoery button says 2, 1. She sets seat to mem 1. She parks TLX with seat in mem 1. When she returns to car and unlocks the seat mem says 2. A bit confusing and not sure why it is not recognizing her fob 1.

How does the OMD greet the driver, as 1 or 2?

Definitely worth asking the dealer.

What does it show when you get in the car with the fob labeled Driver 2? Maybe they are incorrectly coded, and this can be reset by the dealer.

^Welcome driver 2. She says when she gets in with Fob 1 it still states Welcome Driver 2.

on the back of my 2006 Key fob, it has instructions on pairing the keys.

maybe look in the owner's manual to see if you can un pair the keys and pair them again, correctly.
