First Service on V6 Tech
First Service on V6 Tech
After having my V6 Tech for 6 months and 3600 miles, I arranged to have the dealer (a) update the software for the navigation and cross traffic monitor systems; (b) fix the low tire pressure warning lights, which came on when the weather got cold and stayed on even when it warmed up a bit; (c) inspect the transmission in connection with the Park issue; and (d) see if they can do anything about the harsh 2-3 shift.
Interestingly, the V6 Tech loaner they gave me shifts just fine. I suspect it's because it's new (only 225 miles on it).
The dealer is supposed to call me on Monday to report on the transmission shifting issue. I hope something works.

I have a V6 Tech loaner and it's still got the hard shifts at the beginning of acceleration. The car had less than 2000 miles on it when I picked it up and it's VIN is in the 7000's. I have no idea if the software updates were applied to it or not.
