I have a 2019 TLX. I am dumb and messed with diagnostic settings and black screened both the media and Navi screens. The dealer say it’ll have to be replaced. I believe the last button pressed before lock up was bitmap arrow right. Anyone heard of this screen issue or knows a way to fix before I gotta buy replacement media screen?

 

Have you tried getting back into the diag screen: starting car, and holding info+settings+back for 5 seconds to see if something happens?

Makes no sense you would permanently damage both displayed from the diagnostic screen
