2018 TLX Spontaneously Alarming (only 44,050 miles) ... Need help!

I've watched every YouTube troubleshooting tutorial available and have replaced the key FOB batteries, Hood Lock Latch Actuator Assembly (OEM 74120-TZ3-A12) and the Sub Relay Keyless Entry Control Module (OEM 38330-TZ3-A010-M1). No issues for 4 days and then at 2am this morning the visual/audible alarm activated. I shut the alarm off with the remote. 30 minutes later another alarm so I disconnected the battery and went to bed. In total, this is the 3rd time I've had this problem in the last two weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I thought about the door and trunk sensors, but I don't have a door open indication. Maybe it doesn't matter. I now the Hood Lock Latch Actuator Assembly is usually the problem when it's a sensor issue. Thank you for your input.

Weird stuff with these cars seem to be most often attributed to the 12v battery. How old is your's and is it a lead acid or AGM?

It's the original battery. Not sure on the type. Maybe I should have it checked. Thanks.

I find that I get about 3 years out of a battery before things start going weird. Battery tests show good, but battery replacement fixes the weirdness. These cars eat batteries more than any other vehicle that I've owned.

The battery is 5 years old. Maybe I should change it, cheaper than replacing a Control Unit.

Just to clarify, this is a factory alarm not aftermarket?
2am seems suspicious to me. Is is possible someone is actually trying to tamper with the car? Can you park it in a garage?

Yes, factory alarm. No modifications other than red-coated calipers. Car is parked in a non-accessible garage. It has happened during the daytime. I don't drive the car often (maybe once a week). You may be correct about the battery. I'm watching to correlate if the alarming is more frequent following periods of not being driven and the battery not being recharged. Drove it yesterday and no alarms so far.

When you are at home, put your key fobs in a metal box. If the alarm still goes off, at least it will tell you the key fobs aren't the culprit. Anything beyond that, you may have a faulty computer module or a wiring problem. Both of those are above my paygrade to troubleshoot.
