I bought my tlx this Past Monday and had the Windows tinted on Thursday. I did 35% on the front windshield and 5% on the rest of the car. It gave me that clean uniform look I was wanting. I tried to take a pic of what it looks like from looking through the front windshield to give everyone a visual. Today has been cloudy.
Did you actually have the windshield tinted? Or did you just have a strip put up top to block sun? Im glad acura got their heads out of their asses and fixed the TL!!!

The whole windshield is tinted 35%. I'm not gonna lie at first I was skeptical of the tlx. I loved the design and added features. But the first time I drove it I wasn't that impressed with the 15 transmission or the overall ride and space. To me my 13 Tl just seemed like a nicer car. Once I spent some time on trip in a tlx that's when I noticed how much nicer of a car it was. It was quieter and rode smoother. There's little things also and there was actually better room in the back for my kids car seats where originally I thought it was smaller. Overall I'm very pleased and the 16 transmission works better to me. However I only have 130 miles on it currently. I sell Acuras and believe in the product on how they take care of their customers. I was previously at a Audi,bmw,Lexus, and Toyota store.

Looks awesome, though! The cops out here in Socal would have a field day if I had my tint that dark.

Yeah it is the back up camera and rear cross traffic monitor helps a lot but usually I'll still roll the windows down just to make sure I'm good. During the day it's perfect though!

Ohh yeah, I forgot about the sweet tech on the TLX.
My ol TSX doesn't have any of that fancy gear.
