Also why only the rear skirt, and not the front/sides?

The red accents on the side skirts (Ralliart?!) and sunroof also need to go.

 

Looks good, maybe a tad bit rice though (because of the red on the sunroof and sides). along with the comments above ^ I would drop it some more, definitely add the whole kit, and since you pretty much blacked everything.. smoke the headlights, and the black the window trim

Are those Audi Wheels with the audi center caps??

 

I think the quad tips don't look bad. Push them back at bit. I think they might look better if they were in more. Between the End of the splitter and where the rear bumper curves down a bit.

 

^ Ideally the edge of the tips should also follow the angle of the bumper...that would make it look much more OEM (e.g. 3G TL-S)

 

It's kinda hard to make exhaust tips work when the body wasn't made to have them. Valiant effort though. And I like the red accents. The whole thing looks good to me. I would just suggest the front and sides of the kit to complete the proportions. Or take the rear off.
