So i’ve been looking around online recently and I have seen that J35 blocks are great for head swaps but i’ve never seen a 2015 Acura TLX head swapped with a J32A2 and i was wondering if it would even work with the dimensions of both engines.

 

I don't think you've given us enough information to go on. Are you putting the block in an older Honda/Acura which is the same vintage as the J32A2 heads, or are you wanting to take a TLX, block and all and put the old heads on it?

If the former, keep in mind, a J35Y6 block will not bolt into an old early 2000s TL or CL; the transmission mount is completely different.

 

He wants to put J32a2 heads onto his current TLX due to airflow.

 

Yes sorry i’ve been away for a little while i currently have the 1st gen tlx and i heard that with the J35 block (there was no specific J35 block is what was posted online) and J32A2 heads if that would be possible. With that combination and tuning air and fuel and timing i could be pumping out 325hp with just that and i haven’t seen any kind of measurements on this kind of swap and just wanted to know if it would be possible

 

The J32a2 heads will fit J35 and J37. You must find out if your "newer" J block is different than a J32/35/37 of the 2000s era.
