Anything is better than the stock system but you would be better off ditching the rear coaxials and using that money to upgrade the amplifier or your front components. Rear fill is useless and only can be heard if you drop your wallet while driving. Also, if you decide to go with this amp then you will need to buy a subwoofer that will deliver a 2 ohm load to get the max power from your amp. JL is a decent brand but there may be better options for the same price or less. ARC Audio sells outstanding speakers that go for relatively cheap compared. I've installed many of both JL and Arc and there really is no comparison as the Arc is just flat out better in every single way including louder in small sealed enclosures. You wanted an opinion and that's mine.

Like I said, anything will sound better than a stock audio system but we have a saying in the business, do it right and do it once. What you dont want to do is have to upgrade in 6 months which unfortunately is what happens to most. This car audio stuff tends to be a never ending Quest once you get started but that's just another observation on my part... good luck Acura brother!
