How do you replace speakers in the rear deck?

I am trying to figure this out but for the life of me have no idea. I have a Base V6 and have already added two 12" subs.. But I NEED to replace the components as the factory speakers sound just awful.

Has ANYONE done this yet to a TLX? If so, how did you go about changing out the rear deck speakers? It doesnt appear that you can pry off the covers on the top of the rear deck to access them.

ANY help is greatly appreciated here. Also, if anyone has tackled the door speakers as well feel free to post in here. Lol.

A simple explanations:

Remove back seats, side c pillars panels and then the rear deck to reach the speakers.. at least that was how it was done in the 3G and 4G

The lower part of back seat has the same 2 clips located on the underside of the front edge of the seat.. the plastic clips have a part that is pulled towards the front of the car to release the seat to be lifted out of the clips, same as older models. There is a 10mm bolt that holds the bottom part of the side bolsters.

I sure don't like the foam that they use now. It's light but feels so cheap, The side bolsters have that hard foam under the leather and padding.
